Tor Browser: Migration to Fluent

Fluent is the new format for translations in Firefox, and in the Tor Browser we are slowly moving our .dtd and .properties translation files to this new format.

In this component we are adding many of those strings. We are trying to recover the old strings from the previous components, so if you feel you have already translated some of this new strings, please wait a bit because we will probably recover them from memory.

Let us know if you see any problems, and thanks for your patience!

Current translations: ar,bn,ca,de,el,es,fa,fi,fr,ga,he,hu,id,is,it,ja,ka,km,ko,lt,mk,my,pl,pt-BR,pt-PT,ro,ru,sq,sw,th,tk,tr,uk,vi,zh-CN,zh-TW

We need help especially with the outdated-but-released translations for: bn : 41 %, ga : 27 %, he : 64 %, hu : 69 %, km : 72 %, ko : 70 %, lt : 43 %, mk : 83 %, my : 71 %, th : 31 %

But we welcome more languages.
