The priority has been set on all the strings so that newer blog posts are shown first. Before, the oldest posts were shown to translators first. Hopefully this makes it much easier to translate blog posts.

Translation process	Translations can be made directly. Translation suggestions can be made. Translations are reviewed by dedicated reviewers. Any authenticated user can contribute. The translation uses bilingual files. Translations marked as needing editing are not written to the translation file.
