Tags ignored and considered as plain char data by po4a. That is to say that they can be part of an msgid. For example, E<lt>bE<gt> is a good candidate for this category since putting it in the B<translate> section would create msgids with only its content, which is bad since it's usually not a whole sentence.
po4aにより無視され、素の文字データと見做すタグです。つまり、msgidの一部になります。例えば E<lt>bE<gt> はこの分類の好例です。というのも B<translate> 節に含めると内容のみがあるmsgidが作られてしまう（そして大抵は完全な文でなくなってしまう）からです。そうなってはまずいですよねますが、これは通常完全な文ではないため好ましくありません。

Hello all, I will release a new version of po4a by the end of the month. If you want to complete / update / proof-read your translation, now is the good time for that. Thanks in advance for your work on po4a! I think that this will be the release of po4a with the most completed translations so far. We already have 11 languages at 100%, and counting :)
