Thank you for contributing to our project!

You may have noticed that most translations (except Seedvault) are currently locked. We're working on getting CalyxOS Android 12 ready (see https://calyxos.org/news/2022/01/08/android-12-pixel-6/), and as part of that, updating all the translations as needed for the new version. To prevent loss of any translations while we do this, we've temporarily locked the translations for everything except Seedvault. Seedvault is kept unlocked since it's developed separately.

We will be finishing up the process within a week, and will then unlock all other translations

We're still setting up the infrastructure to have translations on the website (language selector, server changes, things like that) As such I have locked the translations for this component for now, and will unlock them when we have the final setup ready. I created this component to start setting things up / figuring out how would it work.

Hello translators,

Thank you for your contribution to CalyxOS!

One note: Please do not add any new Languages. We have already added all of the languages which are present in Android, any more languages you add may not show up, and they won't have translations for the millions of words that Android has. We only have translations for our changes to the OS here, which are a lot more manageable than translating the entire Android OS into a new language.
