<b>Update period for location (Location 0)</b> - you can set update period for location 0 - location 0 has the ability to update location according to cell-, Wi-Fi networks and GPS. When you select update <i>By accelerometer</i> the app uses that to detect movement. From this, distance is calculated. When the distance limit is reached, and no update has happened in 15 minutes, the location and current weather is updated. Using the widget on your phone or tablet, you can see your location and current weather on the main screen. Location updates can be periodic, (ex. hourly) or the app can use the accelerometer to detect movement of greater distance than a value. Carried in your pocket, the distance increases faster. You can switch location updates off - only weather is then updated. The app updates location and weather in specified intervals. You can for example set update period to one hour o'clock. You can choose the location method - the <i>System</i> one uses Google services to get the location by networks (cell and Wi-Fi networks). The <i>Local MLS and Nominatim</i> option uses Mozilla location service to get location coordinates and Nominatim service to get location names. The second option requires phone call permissions to fetch info about the cellular network. The preferred option is preselected.
