If you want to migrate your notes over, you have to do it manually by exporting them into a file in the free app version and importing here through the top menu. Once you are satisfied with your setup in the Pro version, you can uninstall the old free one as you won't need it anymore, it will also prevent this dialog from showing up. Thanks!
