- Themed app icon & launcher shortcuts

- Stats in the workout list is hidden when scrolling down
- Use two decimal places for speed in the workout overview
- Recalculate duration and pause times for consistent durations
- Fixed that the GPX mass export failed on duplicate file names
- Correctly read heartrates from GPX files
- Use "first day of week" preference for the statistics
