This is used as the headline for blog posts. Unfortunately, it wasn't feasible to include {author} as a variable here because it is actually a complicated block of HTML that includes the author's avatar. So translate this string with the assumption that the author name and avatar will be at the end of the sentence

Right now, this format will only use English words for format sequences like %b, e.g. Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec. So it is best to stick with numeric sequences like %m. Then use localized order and punctuation, e.g. %d/%m/%Y or %d.%m.%Y or %Y年%m月%d日
