You can either write it like this "Oben auf die Tasse legen und ganz nach unten ziehen lassen" or even more specific by saying "Den Filter oben auf die Tasse legen und das Wasser ganz durchziehen lassen"

@lanAYA I suppose this is referring to the 'clever dripper' technique; in this case, to the step where one places the filter "on top of cup and allow[s] it to draw fully down" (as in: allow the water to go down). I am not 100% sure, though
