You can read a PDF file with <ulink url="&gimp;">GIMP</ulink> and convert it into <ulink url="&png;">PNG</ulink> format using higher than 300 dpi resolution. This may be used as a background image for <ulink url="&libreoffice;">LibreOffice</ulink> to produce a desirable altered printout with minimum efforts.
