"repo" is short for "repository", which basically means "the place where a collection of things is stored". In this case, those things are apps and media files. We're stuck with the word "repo" in English, since its been used for 6+ years. But in your language, you are free to choose a better term. In English, we've discussed "collection", "list", "feed", etc. Whatever word is used, it should also be used throughout the whole project. The English word "repo" will appear in most URLs for F-Droid repos though.
