The simplest fix is to click on the Security level icon (Shield icon next to the URL bar), then click "Settings..."

For users who want to have JavaScript disabled on all HTTP sites by default, we recommend changing your Tor Browser's [Security Levels](https://tb-manual.torproject.org/security-settings/) option.
