Hi,

after a long pause, I'm planning for a 3.2 release, so an RC has been tagged and pushed.

Major change: all the Usermanual/Guidebook is now done as HTML instead of Qt/QML strings. So please, in addition to the "App" component, head over to the others Weblate components to complete the user-manual.

Sorry if it's a lot of text, but in the long run the HTML approach should work better, look better and just generally be great.
