Al momento mi viene in mente "rinegoziare le offerte". Casi reali, certe organizzazioni usano/hanno usato preventivi per soluzioni Open Source per ottenere sconti dai soliti fornitori. Altre hanno scoperto che i loro fornitori offrivano i soliti prodotti per abitudine commerciale ma su richiesta hanno fornito supporto qualificato su piattaforme Open Source.
