LibreTime translations are handled through Weblate. Changes made here are automatically pushed to pull requests against https://github.com/LibreTime/libretime. There they are reviewed and merged into the project. New translations will then be available in the next release. The translation pull requests are under the Code of Conduct and the Collective Code Construction Contract.

I don't know if you could specify that this string is: Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions. In Spanish: extensiones multipropósito de correo de internet

Or am I getting confused?
