* Mainly upgrading the internal SDK and library references, to make it more compatible with latest Android requirements.
* SDK upgrades means the app is more respecting of background permissions, and may use inexact alarms if background worker permissions not granted.
* SDK upgrades means should no longer see F-Droid and APK warnings about this being built for older versions.
* Android 4.x is no longer supported.

* On Android 10+, the permission workflow will now ask for "allow all the time" permission
* The permission workflow will also request disabling battery optimization
* The permission workflow is annoying, sorry, it's necessary to help with numerous support requests related to background limitations.

* OpenStreetMap option to be prompted before logging starts
* Switching to Android WorkManager for sending tasks, should be more reliable.
* Broadcast is sent when file upload completed, useful for automation to clean up files.
* Error notifications and less crashing if permissions have been revoked or file writes fail.
* New Custom URL parameter, %SPD_KPH
* Clarified autosend description: dynamic file name change also results in the file being sent.

* New accuracy option - run for the duration of retry interval, and chooses the most accurate point.
* Passive listener will now match other selected listeners (GNSS/Network). If neither are selected, all points are accepted.
* Faster Custom URL uploads for auto-send.
* New stoponapplaunch property, only available via .properties file
