This is a pattern you will see with the changelogs. The changelog aka "What's New" shows prominently, and is 500 characters. So lots of apps want to fill the whole field, and therefore include important points from the previous changelog. For example, if a new release happens a few days later to include a language update, then the changelog wouldn't only have just that language update, but also the big new feature that was added a week ago.
