This is a normal, non-encrypted DNS resolver, that will be only used for one-shot queries when retrieving the initial resolvers list, and only if the system DNS configuration doesn't work. It will never be used if lists have already been cached.
هذا هو ممُحلل DNS عادي وغير مشفرُعمَّى، وسيتم استخدامه فقط للاستعلامات التي يتم تنفيذها لمرة واحدة عند استرداد قائمة أدوات الحل الأولية، وفقط إذا لم يعمل تكوين DNS للنظام.لن يتم استخدامه أبدًا إذا كانت القوائم قد تم تخزينها مؤقتًا بالفعل.

Do not let DNSCrypt try to use system DNS settings. Unconditionally use the Bootstrap resolvers.

Route all TCP connections to a local Tor inbound Socks5 proxy. Tor doesn't support UDP, so set Force TCP to true as well.
