I would not set System default. Where I would put system default, is in the choice of themes.

But here you mean that the application uses and incorporates Material You. And I would leave it as Material you, since that is what Google calls it.

And in the theme settings, there is already the system default, as you can see: https://ibb.co/xmSxfRP
