string needs sg / pl form. Because 21,31,etc (1+[20,30,..120,130,..]) - have singular and other are in plural form of "row" in many languages. Few of languages have "few" form of plural, see http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/localization-guide/en/latest/l10n/pluralforms.html uk Ukrainian nplurals=3; plural=(n%10==1 && n%100!=11 ? 0 : n%10>=2 && n%10<=4 && (n%100=20) ? 1 : 2);
