Source string comment
I think you shouldn't use the plural forms for this string. Your description specifies it as: This is for displaying the week of the year near the date. Eg. "January, 2011 Week 1"
So, IMO, you should use simply one source string:
Week <xliff:g xmlns:xliff="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:1.2" id="count">%d</xliff:g>

No, the plural form is decisive here as it is used in the app code. Without it, a crash occurs. The entry in the original(english) xml looks like this: quantity="other">week <xliff:g id="count">%d</xliff:g>
However, since weblate automatically creates an empty singular entry when editing, you have to insert exactly the same as in the plural entry.
Explanation
Used to display the calendar week. Please only translate "week", the syntax behind it must remain the same. The singular form must be the same as the plural form!
