I think you shouldn't use the plural forms for this string. Your description specifies it as: This is for displaying the week of the year near the date. Eg. "January, 2011 Week 1"

So, IMO, you should use simply one source string: Week <xliff:g xmlns:xliff="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:1.2" id="count">%d</xliff:g>

No, the plural form is decisive here as it is used in the app code. Without it, a crash occurs. The entry in the original(english) xml looks like this: quantity="other">week %d</xliff:g>

However, since weblate automatically creates an empty singular entry when editing, you have to insert exactly the same as in the plural entry.
