Godot engine does not yet support plural forms in gettext. However in the new 4.0 there will be, as there's already a pull request merged to fix this. However 4.0 is still some time away from becoming stable (a year or so), and I don't know if this feature will be backported to 3.2. I'll create an issue in the code repository to keep track of this
