None String added in the repository The Striking Arts strings Arabic	English TSA can act as a simple timer, or a workout buddy that instructs you through your training session. But in order to unlock its full potential, you may need a little help. A technique is a single move in the domain of martial arts. Like a single jab, or a slip outside. Notice that it can be either defensive or offensive. Techniques can be numbered, for example, Jab can be represented as 1. They can also Include a sound. The app comes with a comprehensive set of pre-recorded sounds for different techniques, but you could also assign your own audio recordings to them. For usability, the recordings must come with as little silence and unnecessary sound as possible. Techniques also can have a color. This color is shown in the training page when the technique is played. A Combo is a series of techniques performed one after the other. For example, a simple Jab Cross. Combos are assigned with a modifiable recovery time, which is a short duration of rest after its completion. A Workout refers to one training session containing (at the minimum) active and rest intervals. You can modify the number of rounds, the duration of rounds, and the duration of rests. You can choose to include pre-defined combos to be played for you during the rounds, or omit this feature all together by not choosing any. There is also the feature of dividing each round into smaller parts. For example, have a round of three minutes be cut into three, one minute parts. You can choose to track the workouts you abandoned before completion, and claim salvation by finishing them successfully.
