TheExtensions for file rename patterns used to search files for renameing candidates to search for: ("DSC_*.JPG" or "MOV_*.MP4"), e.g. %s
Wildcards *"*" and ?"?" can be used too.

Uses the MediaScanner service to scan renamed files, use this with caution, normally it should not be selected! Use it force updating of the MTP cache, unfortunately it does not always work!
