The Langi speak https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lango_dialect according to Wikipedia. Can't find "lag" in 639-2
CLDR has it: http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/32/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#lag , in Wikipedia it's called Rangi, I have no clue which of these names are better...
