This and 224 other strings in Ukrainian returns like "Need edit" after every synchronization. Does other locales have the same bug? Is there any solution?

@cbradney @jghali@scribus.info Could you please clarify whether this string makes reference to Flemish or West Flemish (since this name is used for the latter in ISO standards)?
