Good afternoon:
I wanted to ask a question if I may.
Since it happened to me in another project in which I collaborate.
This is a form that you then receive. In which the user puts his data to report a problem.
That is why the words like name and others. You have to translate them or keep them in English.
I comment it for when you receive the information because if it is another language different from English, it can cause problems or it can not be understood.
