On occasion, certain mailing lists are blocked by Mailcleaner. This is due to their formatting, which is often very similar to spam. You can request an analysis of these messages as explained above, and our analysis centre will take care of putting such mailing lists on white lists to prevent them from being blocked in the future.

If you feel that these criteria are not justifiable, you can request an analysis by our analysis centre by clicking on the <img src="/templates/$template/images/support/analyse.gif" align="middle" alt=""> button. You can also release the message by clicking on the <img src="/templates/$template/images/support/force.gif" align="middle" alt=""> button.

If you truly find that the message to be spam, please transfer it to spam@mailcleaner.net, or better yet, if your e-mail program allows you to do so, choose "Transfer as attachment" to keep the e-mail headers of the message intact. Our analysis centre will disseminate the contents of the message and adapt Mailcleaner's filtering criteria accordingly, so that all Mailcleaner users benefit from the analysis.
