Combines two buttons: pause all and resume all. The button will work like a switcher. Warning: the button state is not affected by manual pause/resume of the torrent.
يجمع بين زرين: إيقاف الكل مؤقتًا واستئناف الكل. سوف يعمل الزر مثل المحول. تحذير: لا تتأثر حالة الزر بالتوقف / الاستئناف اليدوي للتورنت.

Note: this option only to use in particular situations, like support for some SD card filesystems. Enables a simple POSIX Disk I/O, used for systems that do not have a 64-bit virtual address space or do not support memory mapped files.
