Running mailman commands as root is not recommended and mailman will
refuse to run as root unless this option is specified.
Mailman Befehle als root zu benutzen ist nicht empfohlen und mailman wird
sich weigern als root zu laufen, solange diese Option nicht aktiviert ist.
