Based on discussion in https://forum.f-droid.org/t/calling-all-translators-new-project-to-streamline-translation-process/3877/48, I have updated the language teams to have these rights:

And I set a Team Administrator which can add and remove users to the team without needing to ask the F-Droid Weblate admins.

The date will vary as the client APK is updated, it's not an issue if it is newer. The warning about the key not being certified with a trusted signature can be ignored. The important part is the indication of a good signature and that it has the same fingerprint that was used to download the key:
Das Datum kann variieren, wenn das APK für den Client aktualisiert wird, es ist kein Problem, wenn es jünger ist. Die Warnung, dass der Schlüssel nicht durch eine vertrauenswürdige Signatur zertifiziert ist, kann ignoriert werden. Der wichtige Teil ist die Anzeige einer korrekten Signatur und dass er denselben Fingerabdruck besitzt, der beim Herunterladen des Schlüssels verwendet wurde:
