F-Droid/Website Docs — Arabic @ Hosted Weblate

All the docs have been prioritized so that the docs that should be translated first are now presented first. For more info, see: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroid-website/-/merge_requests/919

Based on discussion in https://forum.f-droid.org/t/calling-all-translators-new-project-to-streamline-translation-process/3877/48, I have updated the language teams to have these rights:

Review strings
Automatic translation

And I set a Team Administrator which can add and remove users to the team without needing to ask the F-Droid Weblate admins.
