This is used in a WebAdmin page that shows information about a specific user account, let's say kingu@example.org. The header of that page would say "User <kingo@example.org>".

In other words, is Account A subsribed to receive presence updates from Account B? This string is a response: "Not subscribed"

Hi! First of all, thanks for your translations!

Second: I'm a newbie in Weblate. So, if you find any problem in this project, or something wrongly administered, don't hesitate to contact me.

Third: that string comes from the 'xmpp' core library, used by ejabberd. Yes, this string is used by ejabberd when a client asks for room details, in file modmucroom.erl, function iqdiscoinfo_extras (line 4113 and later).

I've just checked that Tkabber displays all this information in its Service Discovery; maybe other clients don't show some of that room information...
