Child-Pays-For-Parent spends a change output of the pending transaction
with a higher fee to pull both into a block.
Works only if you have an available change output and raise the combined fee rate.
Child-Pays-For-Parent витрачає вихід здачі очікуваної транзакції з вищою комісією, щоб підтягнути обидві до блоку. Працює лише за наявності доступного виходу здачі та підвищення сукупної ставки комісії.
