Announcement posted

The Audiobookshelf components had a large number of strings that were marked as translated but unchanged from the source string due to import issues when we started using Weblate. All "unchanged from source" strings have been deleted, which means some strings will need to be translated again (but it should be pretty easy to just click the "same as source" button). Thank you to all who have contributed translations in the past!
