Announcement posted

The translation files have now migrated successfully from CSV to gettext files. Some translations might still miss and I'm working to restore everything as before. Godot works a bit different with gettext files, so Strings (like enum keys) that had a translation before, are now missing.

I apologize to all previous contributors, if some translations got lost and need to be redone. This migration will bring a more stable experience and such things won't happen again.
