As described in https://github.com/qTox/qTox-Website/blob/master/README.md#language-file-metadata, this string is a comment message about the language file, which is optional. So we don't need to "translate" this string; we only need to add some if we want to tell something related to this translation component to other translators.

Actually this string was used in that way before I review this translation component; see https://github.com/qTox/qTox-Website/blob/031cda506b075574b25db7ac39c9b6acdba373f5/index.ja.json#L5 to see it. (and I removed it because it was no longer needed after I reviewed. You will know the reason once you see it)
